Event Hire Information for The Greens at Waldringfield

 The Greens at Waldringfield offers 10 acres of open space in the countryside, ideal for a wide variety of outdoor events. The space provides a flexible blank canvas, perfect for weddings, private celebrations, festivals, corporate gatherings and camping weekends. 

Its open layout allows for tipis, marquees, stages, seating areas, catering zones or entertainment spaces.

Facilities

The venue includes parking for over 100 vehicles. It also has on-site toilets, water and electricity. 

Location

Its location, just 1.6 miles from the A12 at junction 58, makes it convenient for guests travelling from across Suffolk and beyond. The open layout also allows organisers to plan multiple zones for dining, entertainment or camping while keeping the countryside setting intact.

Pricing and hire

The Greens is available to hire throughout the year, with pricing reflecting peak and off peak seasons:

Off Peak (October to end of March)
 

Mid Peak (April, May and September)
 

Peak (June, July and August)

A 50% deposit secures your booking, giving exclusive use of the site for your chosen dates and the freedom to bring your own suppliers and ideas.

Finer details

You get to have the space exclusively for your event from 9am on the day of hire, until 1pm on the final day. 

To protect the venue and ensure everyone’s safety, fires, motorcross, or any activities that could cause damage are not permitted.
 

Music must be turned off in line with legal restrictions.
 

The site must be left in the condition it was hired. If additional cleaning or repairs are required, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
 

Organisers are responsible for the behaviour of all guests, suppliers, and contractors on site.
